Package Mate proudly offers comprehensive delivery services throughout Australia. We prioritize the safe packaging and timely delivery of your packages through our trusted freight partners.

Our shipping fares are calculated based on the weight of your package(s) displaying live rates directly from Australia Post and Team Global Express.

How to Order

To make ordering from our webshop as easy as possible we provide clear instructions.

Product Selection: Begin by determining your packaging needs. We offer both general and specific solutions to meet a wide range of requirements. You can select products from the "Products" menu or browse by intended use. If you have a specific product in mind, we simplify the process for you.

Sizes: Please note that the sizes of our shipping boxes are inner dimensions. Some boxes come with adjustable heights, denoted by two different numbers at the end of the size. You can customize the height within this range.

Ordering from our webshop is straightforward.

Product Selection: Once you've identified your product(s), choose the appropriate size and click "Add to Cart."

Quantity Adjustment: In your cart, you can easily adjust the quantity of items.

Checkout: After finalizing your selection and ensuring the perfect volume, click "Checkout." Fill in the required details, and you're almost done.

Pre-Order: If a product is currently on its way, you will see "pre-order" instead of "add to cart." Simply click on it and follow the same steps as adding items to your cart. The estimated arrival date will be provided.

Ordering Sample Quantities

For those who have difficulty deciding on the best packaging material, we offer the option to order sample quantities. You can choose even a single piece from any product category and place an order. Create a diverse selection of shipping boxes one by one and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed through the steps as outlined above. We're delighted to send you small packages with various selections.

Enjoy discounts in our webshop effortlessly

Quantity Discounts: We offer quantity discounts, meaning the more you order, the larger the discount percentage. The final amount will be automatically adjusted, requiring no additional action on your part.

Coupon Codes: Using a coupon code is as easy as 1-2-3. While filling in your details on the basket page, you'll find a section labeled "Discount Code." Simply enter the provided code, and it will be applied immediately. We offer 5% coupons for subscribing to our newsletter (expect no more than 1 letter per week). Additionally, watch out for seasonal and holiday coupons with varying percentages distributed through our newsletters.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be added to your total during the checkout process. As soon as you provide your shipping address, the applicable charges will be displayed.

Product Complaints

In the rare event that you have a complaint about our products, please send us an email detailing your experience, and attach photos if possible. We are committed to promptly addressing your concerns and will either exchange the products or issue a refund as appropriate. Rest assured, we strive to deliver the correct goods in perfect condition.

If you notice any damage to the packaging upon receipt, kindly take a photo before opening the package. This will enable us to file a complaint with our shipping partner on your behalf.
