I was looking for book mailers and found Package mate online. I had a few queries and they were so helpful and accommodating that I will use them continually. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a premium packaging brand.

Easy ordering and quick postage. I had 2 sizes of boxes, they came on separate days. But In good condition despite the rain & flooding. Will order again. Thanks.

Contact and delivery very good. This is our first try with this gauge box, which is not as heavy a gauge as existing boxes we use, however they appear quite firm and we will be testing for Australia wide courier deliveries.

These are perfect for packaging my products and still fitting through the letter width allowance at the post office. I love the plain unbranded design and the extremely time-saving adhesive strip!

Fast delivery and great product!

delivery was fast & efficient! The quality of the envelope is also really good for small post paper/sticker items and suitable for wet weather delivery conditions.

Pretty simple and solid means of delivering a laptop which no longer has its original packaging.

Greg was an absolute delight to work with. We needed boxes last-minute and had troubles finding a packaging supplier who could deliver them ASAP. Greg went out of his way to make sure we got them in time and within 24 hours of first contacting him, we had them at our front step. The boxes are also fantastic to use - great quality, highly recommend!

Smooth transaction

These boxes are great! Greg has been wonderful in assisting when I was unsure of which box to purchase. These boxes pack away flat so they don’t need much space for storage & prop open really easily. The self sealing strip keeps the package looking nice & clean. The Christening gowns sit in perfectly & present beautifully when the customers open the package.

Good niche product at reasonable cost and easy website to use. Slow to dispatch due to factors out of their hands (NSW COVID lockdown) but they were quick to respond to my queries. A point to improve - they could’ve been more proactive with communication - reach out to customers and advise of foreseeable dispatch delays or put this info on the website. Overall good experience though, I would definitely use this service again, thanks!
