How can I place the order?
- Our site is created in the most simple way. You only need to put items into basket and follow instructions. All prices, including shipping cost will be shown during shopping cart steps. In case of difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I check the products personally?
- Yes you can, our warehouse is in Taren Point, NSW please make sure you arrange appointment as our colleagues are not always present at site. Please send us a message.
Where do you deliver?
- We ship our goods throughout Australia. In case we face difficulties to send the goods to your designated postcode we'll contact you and try to find an acceptable solution. We continuously working on better prices with shipping companies so hopefully soon we can deliver to every corner of Australia.
Can I collect the goods?

How can I pay?
- We offer several types of option. You can pay safely by credit card through the website. Also you can use Paypal or we can accept bank deposit. Quick payment options as Google or Apple pay also available.
What if something wrong with products?
- Don't worry, we look after you. Please contact us right away if you experience damage on your goods. We send you the same item for free of charge or refund your money in no time. Please report it by filling out this form.
Can I order just one piece?
- Absolutely! Most of our products are available by the piece.
How can I get discount?
- We offer quantity discounts, please click here and check our discount chart. All discount will be shown on each product site and the shopping cart. The more you buy the more you get. Our discounts can be mixed, not need to buy hundreds from 1 type. Mix the goods in any way in your basket and discount will be applied based on the whole pack.
What is safety cut?
- Most of our boxes are developed in a user friendly way. It means the edges of the corrugated boards are cut with safety cut which will prevent finger cuts during packaging. Paper sometimes can be really sharp but with our shipping boxes you can avoid harms.
Why does some types double seal tape?
- Many webshops are facing the fact of return packages due to changed minds of customers. In that situation this box allow your customer pack back the product to the very same box and send back to you. SO, these boxes are not just recyclable but usable twice in a row.
How long does it take to get my order?
- In Sydney region you will get your order most likely within 2-3 working days and we even offer storage pick up option.
- Throughout Australia it really depends on the location. Around Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide you'll have the order within 4-6 days whilst other areas may take up to 6-8 days.

- In case your are using only discount code and no additional discounts (such as bulk discount) the coupon can be applied only on the check out page.
