Package Mate proudly offers comprehensive delivery services throughout Australia. We prioritise the safe packaging and timely delivery of your orders through our trusted courier and freight partners.

Our shipping fares are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your package(s). Live shipping rates from Sendle, Australia Post, and Team Global Express (ex-Toll IPEC) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


How to Order

To make ordering from our webshop as easy as possible, we provide clear instructions:

  • Product Selection: Choose products from the "Products" menu or browse by intended use.
  • Size Information: Please note that box dimensions refer to inner measurements. Some products have adjustable heights, shown as a range in the size description.
  • Sample Orders: Customers can order single pieces as we don't have a minimum order quantity before purchasing bulk quantities. Don't buy it if you don't need it.

Checkout Process

  1. Select Product(s): Choose the appropriate size and click "Add to Cart."
  2. Adjust Quantities: Modify the quantity in your cart if needed.
  3. Complete Checkout: Enter your shipping details and confirm your order.
  4. Pre-Orders: If an item is out of stock but available for pre-order, an estimated arrival date will be displayed.
    • Pre-order dates are estimates and subject to change.
    • Customers may cancel pre-orders for a full refund if delays exceed a reasonable timeframe.

  • Quantity Discounts: Bulk orders qualify for automatic discounts at checkout.
